honeyed finish. Delightful with poached salmon and white sauce, pasta
primavera and crisp shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy.
2007 Coastal White
Sweetness: 1 (Vancouver Island Grown)
This Germanic style wine has a light straw hue and aromas of honeysuckle
and fresh citrus fruit. Pear, orange and ripe peach flavor notes are followed by
a long crisp, finish. Ideal for summer sipping or as an aperitif, superb with
seafood, poultry and Asian dishes.

2006 Pinot Noir

This vintage has aged in French oak barrels giving it a rounded mouth feel.
It has layered aromas of cherry, cedar and mint. Pale ruby in color, this wine
has a dominant delicate balance of acidity and tannins, finishing long and
smooth. Light in body, this wine pairs well with baked wild salmon and grilled
vegetables or rich Italian style Cannelloni pasta dish.

This rich, sweet wine is produced from the luscious blackberries that abound in
the estuary of the Cowichan River. This is an intense fruit wine, which reflects
the warmth of the Cowichan summer. Enjoy it on its own or with a rich dessert.
